Dr Geoff Vietz is the Director and Principal Scientist of Streamology, a consulting company focused on ensuring that science underpins our management of water and waterways. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne within the Waterway Ecosystem Research Group. Geoff’s focus is on managing landscape development to protect and rehabilitate rivers through novel and strategic solutions. As a total river nerd the Australian Stream Management conference is a biennial highlight.
