Bertrand Salmi is a water resource specialist for the City of Greater Dandenong, with a BSc in Ecological Sciences and a MSc in Water Resource Engineering Management. In his current role, he provides strategic support to the Engineering Services Executive Management Team in respect to flood and WSUD management. Bertrand also works closely with the Council’s Parks & Bushland teams, providing technical advices for drainage-related issues and assisting them on conservation projects. In partnership with Maree Keenan, Council’s Conservation and Horticultural Services Team Leader, Bertrand aims to develop the ecohydrology capabilities of his council.
